Strawberry Soup

Serves 4-6

1 quart strawberries, washed and hulled
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
2-3 cups buttermilk

Place strawberries, sour cream, and sugar in a blender. Add buttermilk until it just covers the strawberries. Blend for 30 seconds, until strawberries are evenly pureed and soup is a consistent texture. Chill 30 minutes to one hour.
