Classic Margarita

Serves 1

Kosher salt
3-4 ice cubes
1 ounce freshly pressed lime juice (save the peel)
1 1/2 ounces 100% blue agave tequila blanco
1/2 ounce Cointreau

Using the lime peel, wet the rim of your glass with a small amount of lime juice. Coat rim in salt. Fill glass with ice. Pour in lime juice, tequila, and Cointreau. Stir gently so as not to knock off the salt.
